Excellent Customer Service

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing superb customer service from Mpho (flight guest update request). I have an upcoming flight booking made through Discovery Vitality Travel, and needed to add a child passenger to the reservation. Mpho was nothing short of exceptional regarding the service provided. Even though the resolution was not what I had hoped for, she tried a few options to get me the best solution. She even called me back a couple of times to provide updates on alternatives. She remained professional and reassuring throughout the interaction. Kudos to you Mpho and your team.
