Excellent customer service

I had gone to the customer service desk at King Shaka airport to seek assistance to have two flight details changed due to my mom and son missing their flight due to my sons death, I was helped by not one but four consultants Rachel, Sandile and Nkulunga I cannot remember the 4th consultants name. The customer service and understanding I received from them was over whelming. I really want to commend these individuals for their professional yet empathetic characteristics. Thank you guys.
