Empty Promises

I made a booking Okt 2014. I was then unable to use the tickets that i booked. I transferred the tickets to my friends who wanted to use them. But they did not take any baggage. Only hand luggage. I then informed resevations of the change in names and that there will be no luggage which i paid extra for. I received a email from resevations saying that they will provide a voucher for the difference. I am still waiting. I have emailled them 4 times asking for the voucher but am being ignored. Saf Air does not reply to my emails. they have made no attempt to contact me and provide this voucher even though they confirmed in writing that I will be getting one. I am disgusted with their service.
