Emergency Exit

Hi, i flew from Johannesburg to Cape Town Monday FA121. I was a Cabin Attendant on SAA many years ago and our primary job was always safety first. After a long deliberation with myself and the fact that Monday’s flight was only one of numerous occasions when this occurred I would like to enquire about your police regarding the Emergency Exists. We always understood that those were only reserved for able bodied passengers. There is no ways on this earth or sky that a passenger requiring an extended seatbelt can be classified as an able bodied passenger. One of the passengers required help getting in and out of her seat. How is it possible that this passenger will be able to assists in an emergency situation?
