Embarrassed for them. Don't waste your time or money

Waste of time and money This is the most useless airline I've ever had the displeasure of using. I arrived well in time for my flight this morning (from Cape Town International to Lanseria) and stood in the luggage line for well over an hour. During this long wait, various members of staff sought out people standing in the queue who could proceed to a different line as they would be late for their flight.. Not once did a staff member call out my flight. Finally I reached the front of the queue (just shy of 40 minutes before my flight - my luggage would have made it) only to be told by a member of staff (not someone at a desk, rather a lady who was walking around) that I was too late for my flight and that I had to get another ticket. confused, I asked the lady why they never called my flight; her answer, "I called the Lanseria flight only to the people at the front of the queue" (this interaction with this particular lady was absolutely awful. Her attitude was abysmal). I then had to go an stand in another queue for another hour (this queue was so long due to all the other people who had the same experience as I did) only to have to pay for another ticket (mind you, the lady from whom I purchased said ticket was lovely and warm; apologising to me when she saw that I was tearing up). I (and all the many others that missed the same flight) deserve a refund and an ounce of respect from this nonsense airline. Long story short, this airline is an embarrassment and I will never fly with them again after I take my new flight tomorrow. Useless, rude, ridiculous!
