Elders treated poorly and no feedback from customer service!

I sent through a complaint regarding an incident where my paraplegic mom had to walk from the counter to the wheelchair department as we were told at the Flysafair counter that there were short staff to come and take her even though wer booked a wheelchair. Upon getting to the wheelchair department with great difficulty we were then advised there were no wheelchairs and the staff were busy chatting away. Lets take into consideration we were told there was a shortage of staff. Their service if ********** and the mere fact that my emails are been ignored is more alarming as that tells you they have no customer service whatsoever. Elders should be treated with care and respect and I won't be using this airline again!!!!
