Efficiency and good service

This weekend I flew with FlySafair and my friend flew with mango Airlines. We had totally different experiences. I was absolutely happy with the service I received from FlySafair as my flight did not keep changing times (he received smses from Mango changing flight times twice), the flight arrived on time (both going and coming back from Durban) and the service from the crew was great. I received the link for online check in and was able to do the COVID form online while he didn't receive this online efficiency. overall, I was happy with FlySafair.
