My kids very first flight alone was a nightmare. My kids were meant to leave @ 13:50 and after waiting for more than 5 hours while sitting on the floor tired and hungry, no update from the airline. Their batteries died and they couldn’t update me. Tried checking online for the status and the information was incorrect, got an sms that the flight would leave at 19:35 but at 19:06 I get another one that the flight has landed, luckily my brother who was meant to fetch them doesn’t stay far from the airport, he had to rush and get them. Few minutes I get a call from Flysafair that my brother must come back to sign because he didn’t, I need you to explain the process of handing over an unaccomplished minor because the story that my brother took the child and left without signing has a lie to it, why wasn’t he given the paper to sign before being given the kid? They then proceed to tell me that if he doesn’t go back to sign they will ban my daughter from flying with Flysafair of which I responded they can go ahead and do that because my brother has to drive over 200km to drop off the kids with their grandparents and because of the inconvenience caused by the airline he has to drive at night. What a useless airline with rude staff,
