Durban Check In Staff Member

I would be giving you more starts. Flight good. Very efficient with timing however.........sort your staff out. Arrived at the airport (King Shaka). While checking in i was dealing with a woman who clearly has no customer care training. It was like I was doing her a favor. Rude. JHB staff good but Durban staff shocking. She had the audacity to scold me out for the size of my bag. Sour face, no smiling and a very patronaging staff member. I just wish i took her name.
