Dont use FLYSAFAIR!!!

DONT USE FLYSAFAIR !!!

If you one minute late for checking in, they will not allow you to board and force you to pay more for standby which is not guaranteed...This is how they make money...no sense of customer service and to retain customers

I have never experienced this service in my history of flying, employees have no sense of urgency, lines are long to check in but they have firm timelines.

Also my daughter which is 8 years old is sitting alone, away from my adult family, how does the booking process allow this...
