Don't use Flymore or FlySafair

I have recently relocated to Port Elizabeth this December and am required as part of this to fly to Johannesburg monthly for meetings. I saw an offer from FlySafair called Flymore and thought I would sign up for this and book flights for February using this system. Unfortunately I misunderstood the terms and thought if I started the package in January I could book flights for the 9th of Feb on the sign of signing up. I immediately tried to book the flights and found I could only book for the last 5 days left of January. I then immediately tried to correct this and for 24 hours was unable to connect to anyone. I managed to get hold of someone Thursday via whatsapp and facebook and asked if they could at least start the package from Feb as I am now R800 out of pocket and will be charged again 02 Feb and will only be able to book flights for the 9th after this payment. I am also unable to cancel this contract. I am also seeing that Safairs flight times do not suit as they are mid morning and mid afternoon flights and other airlines offer red eye morning and evening flights. Not at all happy with FlySafair and Flymore - company is ******** and as such I am going legal.
