Don't try online to book a minor

Booking a minor online is an impossible task, you go through hordes of pages and details and upon booking an error message appears that there's a technical error and I must try again. Now I had to call, pay the extra fee for someone else to do the same thing the system is refusing me to do Myself. On top of that, I had to sacrifice over 30 minutes on my cellphone to do this. This is not cool and very unprofessional.
