Don't take insurance!

Taking insurance on a flight is incredibly misleading and T&C's are unknown and void to Safair, Chubb insurance cannot even be contacted, I stayed on the line more than 5 minutes. An insurer should be approachable 24/7. Safair took me môre than 10 minutes to convince an operator to investigate, the cold shoulder was most prevalent, but persistent teeth grinding got me so far as a lengthy absesnse and finally an answer that could have been given in minute 1.... When you book a flight and it hails 100 percent cancellation insurance Don't Take It, it means nothing!!!! Time and money completely wasted in a pass the buck scenario. Take responsibility you ****py airline!!!!!
