Don't flysafair

On my trip home with Flysafair, collected my case and found it cracked along almost the entire one side of my case. Completed a form where 1 of the questions is how old your suitcase is. Mine is a few years old but in very good condition as I have looked after it. Just received an email today stating that they'll reimburse me with R350, yes R350 for my broken case and then have the gall to state that a third party handles the transfer of luggage in and around the airport and Flysafair can't be held liable for how luggage is handled. Flysafair your rudeness, gall and lack of ethics is a new low, you can't even buy a suitcase for R350 at the China Mall. Absolutely disgusted
