Don't fly with FlySafair - suitcase damaged beyond repair!!!

It was my first time visiting Zanzibar and my travel agent booked my flights with Flysafair. Upon arrival in Zanzibar, I collected my luggagge and noticed the ripps and tears in my suitcase, which is a very hard material. The whole side of my suitcase was dented. The damage was so severe it even ripped through the plastic wrap I had done to protect it. I emailed the customer care and got hold of Mikyle Reeby. According to her, they could offer me R450 as compensation for the damage. I wasn't sure if I had to laugh or cry. Where am I going to replace a suitcase for R450? I won't be flying with them again and I hope you read this before booking your flight.
