Now they contract baggage control to third parties and when your baggage is tempered with, damaged and ****** - instead of taking responsibility, they shift blame to their suppliers.

We don’t book with your suppliers, we book with you! Your airline is run unprofessional people filled a ghetto and ****ming mindset. You are no different from Spirit Airlines.

Learn to take a leaf from your competitors such as Lyft. I and my family will never fly with you again and I’ll make sure to spread the word to ensure that nobody else does. I hope you end up like Spirit Airlines- liquidated.
