Don't fly-safair!

After waiting in a queue for 30 minutes ( 1 hour prior to my flight) to check my baggage in I was told I was late and couldn't check my baggage in. The person at the check in counter refused to give me his name but assured me I could take my bag as hand luggage. I was not allowed to take the bag as hand luggage and had to rebook my flight. The delay leading to this was not my own but flysafairs and their staff are not at all motivated to assist or take responsibility.
