DON'T Fly SafAir!!!!

If I could rate 0 out of 5, I would have rated them a Zero and then they should change their name to DO NOT FlySafair, as they tell you on paper, that the gates close 40minutes prior to departure. Just to be safe, you still check in online, but when you arrive at the airport, 40minutes before departure, they tell you that the gates closed already and you have to stand un a que to change your flight times, however, you pay another R300 penalty fee and you will be put on standby, until there is a seat available, however, you might have to stand waiting for half a day at the airport , hoping that there will be a seat available on a flight to Cape Town, but not guaranteed?!?!?!

The one out of 5 stars goes to the person behind the counter, at OR Tambo Airport, working for SafAir, as he was friendly and helpful.

However, I will never book with FlySafAir ever again, I will rather pay more next time to any other Airline, than trust or ever booking with FlySafAir, as they are also they only airline where there are que's and que's of people standing(throughout the day), all with the same problem?!?!? How is it that so many passengers missed the same flight? Only SafAir will know....
