Don’t ever fly with ****mers

I wish there was a way of giving a zero rating. These people damaged my bag and stole items from it and now deny the extent of the damage and items lost. If providing invoices was part of claim evulation, why didn’t you ask for them?

The fact that you can pay R500 as a gesture of “good faith” is not only insulting but infuriating.

This is not over and I’m going to pursue this matter further.

I’ll keep praying until your company goes under, trust you are going to follow the likes of mango and Kulula.
