Don't ever book flysafair coz they only about money

I booked a ticket from flysafair 5 days ago while they had their special but to be honest it really wasn't a special but I needed the tickets for my daughter's matric farewell in the middle of September which is still two months away. The school changed the date for the end of September and I need to either change my ticket or cancel but flysafair insists on charging me R3000 to cancel or R3000 to change the tickets plus the difference in flight because it's for 5 people The ticket shows there's an option for cancel to voucher which I thought will help but they advised that I will still pay the R3000 unless it was a business class ticket Just so disappointed coz my daughter will have to miss her matric farewell coz flysafair just doesn't care and everything is about money even though there's still two months before the booking The hotel was very accommodating but flysafair just does not want to budge and my little girl will miss such a big day of her life I will never use flysafair again
