DONT BE FOOLED INTO THEIR FLIGHT INSURANCE

So my story continues..... Eventually after many emails, I received a letter from Flysafair as requested but to my utter disappointed, the letter stated that plane was delayed due to late outbound not adverse weather conditions. Chubb declined our insurance claim. Moral of the story....DON'T TAKE OUT TRAVEL FLIGHT INSURANCE WITH THEM . IT'S USELESS AND ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A REPLY FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL.
