This was 2 months ago and unfortunately, the friends that I specified during my booking can no longer fly with and other friends wanted to take their place.<br> <br> First I wanted to cancel the ADDITIONAL checked luggage that I selected during booking. The reply that I got was a flat \No cancellations! No refunds!". Then I wanted to change the names in the booking ONLINE (3 weeks in advance): Something that would require ZERO action"
