Does TCF apply to Flysair?

Horrible business practice. In my view they do not adhere to TCF. My brand-new luggage was damaged while in their care. I reported the matter and provided a receipt showing that I had purchased it only one day before the trip. They said they would not cover the damage because I had not added travel insurance.
