DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR THE OPTION TO MAKE CHANGES FOR FREE

They give you an option which cost you extra to allow you to make changes. Accidentally misspelt the name for a booking of a flight that is 3 months time. Went back within seconds to change the one letter in the name that was wrong - was charged R300 to change this one letter. Could not get any help on the whatsapp number. THIS IS DISGUSTING. The people helping you on whatsapp does not say wait for 15 minutes before we respond.... they just disappear leaving you wondering if anything is going to happen. Probably having a big laugh while they are leaving you hanging there like an idiot. STILL WANT TO KNOW WHY I PAY EXTRA FOR THE OPTION TO MAKE CHANGES YET I AM CHARGED WHEN I MAKE A CHANGE
