Do not fly with safair

Today I was suspose to be flying toe Bloemfontein from cape Town and I live in Herm****, my flight was booked for 6:30 and left Herm**** @ 4:45 so on my way to te airport I tried checking in online but safair's online check in system was offline, and when I got to the airport I was refused to check in @ the safair kiosk even tho I had 20 minutes left befor my flight boarded because I missed the check in time even tho I tried multiple times on there website, The lady @ the kiosk had a attitude with me after I asked her why she could not assist me, and please note the fact that she was not wearing a MASK and was CHVING Gum like it was going of the markets, thus I had to re book my flight ticket for R643. As a 1st time passenger on there airline my experience with them and there customer service is totally up to ****
