Do not book with FlySafair - ********* ********

Please be warned that this airline is a ***** and totally unable to offer services you pay for.

This is the second time in a space of 6months that they are not able to allocate a paid and pre-booked seat.

Everytime their excuse is "system error". Really?

You would think that an airline would have proper software and process to assign a pre-booked seat. Not this bunch of ********.

Best you fly any other airline and not this bunch. Putrid and pathetic non-service.

Their whatsapp service centre still had the nerve to say "I have seen you have checked-in"

For the love of Christ, why can you not offer a proper service which was purchased?
