Distraught

I’m displeased with the treatment I’m getting from both @FlySafair and @Computicket Travel on my quest to cancel our flights and be refunded since the beginning of the lockdown. Their useless client care line and client service assistants at Shoprite weren’t helpful at all. Being mistreated and undermined in a trying time where every cent is more than enough to assist me in my day-to-day survival is despicable. I’m never referring anyone to these two businesses period.
