DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

To say I am dissatisfied or disappointed would be an understatement. Flysafair is the most unprofessional airline I have ever used. The systems are slow, the staff are rude, and when you miss your flight due to their inefficiency, you have to pay again! The line is long with dissatisfied customers for the same reason that the airline system is not working properly, causing a long delay in lines for check ins and people missing their flights and then we are expected to pay an added fee to change our flights. I have yet to find such rude staff at check in counters! This airline sincerely needs to send their staff for training on how you talk to customers.
