Dissapointed/Unhappy/Frustrated

<p>Been supporting Flysafair past 2 years almost monthly, and they never ever rewarded us in any ways. Then when trying to get special deals, nothing happens, was rewarded R30 000 vouchers, never received it and no help from Flysafair. I trusted this airline, with all there promises now this. Work it out, almost monthly this year alone from Jhb - George and Back how much we've spent, but zero rewards, zero service, zero special offers. How does a company then keep their customers if they can't even give some reward to an ongoing customer, this is seriously nonsense. When trying yeterday for the R2 sale, used all data from 9am till 5pm., and nothing! I'm so unhappy and wish flysafair can communicate to give their customers some rewards and benefit when using airline this often. </p>
