Dissapointed regular flyer

If you do everything online and encounter no problems, it's not a bad experience to fly with flysafair. However.... I'ts been my experience that if you encounter a problem at the airport, and you have to interact with their on-the-ground staff (check-in and/or ticket/luggage counter) you will realise why there are so many complaints on hellopeter.
