Dissapointed in FLYSAFAIR

I am writing this Review to make a complaint regarding how I almost missed (Flight noFA 129) from (Johanesburg) to (Cape Town). I arrived at the Airport early to check in my bags .I had 2 bags of one 10kg and other 9kg reason been I travelled by bus from Mozambique to Johanesburg. But I guess you people do not consider it.I was told to unpack my bag and force to make one bag which time consuming and I explained it was an impossible but they insisted eventually after all efforts I got it into one bag.Then I was shouted at by saying the gates are closed I am gonna loose my flight after 4 days of traveling.After begging them to help me not loose the flight they said ok and took me through.I normally travel with my 2xLeathermans in my check in luggage as it's my tools I use for work and because of them not allowing my 2 check in small bags .I had to surrender my leathermans without them saying or giving me a proof it been taken.its a first I heard of a one bag policy 20kg.But 2 small bags of 10kg are not permissible.I am just dissapointed in the service and I lost my leathermans which I have had for 10 years traveling domestic and international.I will never use FLYSAFAIR again or refer them .
