Dissapointed

I had a flight booked with FlySafair. I found out that I have been in contact with a possible Covid-19 positive person. Being responsible I tried to cancel my flight immediately to self isolate instead. They refused to give me a voucher and insted forced me to move my flight, with a FEE. Really disappointed, especially since my Fiancé had a flight booked with a competitor, and without any hesitation they gave us a voucher, and even gave us a personal phone call to wish us good luck.
