Disrespectful and Unprofessional

Bad customer service by the ground if Flysafair at King Shaka Int Airport. 1st they provided me with an incorrect 19h00 boarding time on Wednesday 16 June to Cape Town. The flight was actually departing ar 18h30,nobody wanted to take ownership of the problem. I incurred more costs for accommodation and traveling. Please stay away from this Bull**** airline, they do not care about their clients.
