Disrespect for luggage and theft in aviation company

Ive flown with different companies and i fly about twice a yr so i decided to try flysafair with my group of friends. When we arrived at durban our luggage was destroyed,mine was worse and to make matters worse i return home only to find that my perfume was ******,im so disappointed i told my friends that we will never again use your company bcos it looks like u hire low lives or *****s who dont know business. They have no respect for other's property. Your business is gonna suffer bcos of such behavior i promise u
