Disppointed

I can't believe they hadn't done enough planning for these tickets. When I heard about the ticket sale, I even bought a voucher for accommodation for my fianc?s birthday and it's been out of use for hours on end now. I mean, when they decided on the \1 year birthday give away"why didn't they ensure that their IT department was ready to take on 30000 people on their site all at once.
