Dispointment

I had booked my ticked for the 18th of December 2020 they had a glitch in they system and automatically booked for 20th I called 4 times I emailed twice and I sent whatsapp messages still no reply then they say leave ur number the consultant will call back still waiting for the call Honestly very disappointing
