Dishonest *******

Their baggage staff members are *******. I flew from Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth on the evening of the 20th. Unfortunately I did not unpack everything on the same night I arrived home so when I finally did on Thursday morning I realised that my perfume (which I made sure was right at the bottom of all my clothes) was missing. It was still new and was a birthday gift I had received from a friend. When I reported the matter to them they said I was meant to report it within 24 hours so they could not do anything about it. I have never experienced any theft or loss issues on any flight anywhere in the world in all my year of traveling and I am extremely disappointed that my first incident had to happen at home.
