Disgustingly Poor customer service from FlySafair

FlySafair are a useless bunch when it comes to car for checked in luggage. On my trip from OR Tambo to Cape Town international on 25 Jan 2024 (FA214), my suitcase catches were destroyed. One was completely ********** and another broken beyond repair. When I contacted their customer service center, I was told it is not their problem, their T&C don't cover any damage to luggage. After asking for it to be escalated and reviewed, the same answer - Not our problem our T&C's absolve us from any responsibility and it won't be escalated. This is ridiculous - there is no way to challenge blatantly unfair T&C's and no recourse for pure negligence and disgustingly poor customer service.
