Disgusting Service SA FAIR!!!

A return flight booking was made for my brother to attend my graduation and upon his return flight he checked in online went through to the boarding gates prior to the flight and was told he could not board .

The flight assistant and flight attendant had a huge argument and he was then told he could not board his flight . Flight details ( FA240 -IYQFTC)

I was then forced to book another flight to the Eastern Cape at R2500 .

Then main issue experienced was Horrific customer experience due to inexperienced unprofessional individuals . The point is why go all the way to the boarding gate and not be able to take a flight. The assistant and flight attendant were swearing at each other because the attendant wasn't following procedure so the assistant that assisted my brother was highly frustrated . People making decisions to on-board their standbys for More Money.
