Disgusting service from Jean the ticketsales supervisor at OR Tambo airport!!!!

I have never been so livid!!!! Disgusting service from Jean, my first time flying with FlySafair and the service I received from Jean the ticket sales supervisor is disgusting and I don't think I'll ever use this airline again! I'm still here at OR Tambo airport waiting to lodge a complain! I missed my flight due to their *********** staff and now I'm asked to pay extra money because of that which I will not do!!! I rather get a refund and opt for another airline!!!!!
