Disgusting service from flysafair p

Flysafair is cheap for cheap service. This morning myself and my two daughters were at the East London airport where we were due to board our flight to DBN. I was told to check in one of the two smal suitcases that we had with us and my question was, why does flysafair not consider that I am a single parent traveling with two young kids ange 2 and 3 who cannot pull their own luggage, the consultant then gave me attitude about it and at that point I requested to speak to the manager who's attitude was worse than that of consultant and when I responded to his rudeness I was then told I will not be boarding the flight, at this point in time I had already paid the R250 to check in the other suitcase. I then asked for a refund and I was told to go online for it. Online I found a number that I called and I spoke to sukhumzi who told me that I was deemed as an unruly person so I would have to forfeit the whole fare. I do not appreciate that flysafair refuses to give me the refund for my daughters tickets because even if they were still allowed on the flight there is no way they would have travelled without me, also I feel that I should be refunded the R250 I paid for the suitcase that I had to check it. Flysafair is quickly yo make a buck out of us and lacks customer service.
