Disgusting service

We book at least 2/3 flights A WEEK with safair, we have always preferred safair but I can safely say after today I will NEVER fly with them again. The supervisor “Keenan” was rude and refused to help, we paid R2700 for a flight from Durban to Jhb as an emergency flight I phoned and begged to be checked in as it was an emergency and we really needed help. Keenan couldn’t care less, after telling him then that I would never fly with safair again he said “not a problem” if that’s what our business means to your supervisors then it’s disgusting. We aren’t going on holiday but urgently needed to get to JHB any sort of compassion or care would’ve been lovely, not a stink attitude.
