Disgusting service

I am writing this so disgusted by the disrespect I was given by your employee Saturday the 4th April. After missing our flight which was round about 11 we booked another flight which was at 16:45. For this flight we told ourselves we were going to be early so that we don’t miss the next flight we got to the airport at 3pm

Firstly my husband and I were traveling with an infant, when we booked our tickets online the system would not allowed us to add his details so when we got to the check in we were told to go to ticket sales in order to book add our baby we went there and that is we’re we we assisted by a very rude consultant named Heiriched he told us to go and print baby’s certificate which we did and the printing place was closed. I don’t know what technical problems the system had but the rude consultant was refusing to assist us as we could not print the birth certificate he kept telling us that it was not his problem the the system was acting up. I told him if we’re we late for this flight again it was going to be his fault the consultant errogantly told me that it will not he kept on shouting back and forth we called for a manager but manager never came

We went back to check in after he told us everything was don’t when we got there still we could not check our baby in we stood there for more an hour with the service consultant going back and forth trying to fox what we don’t know.

As a frequent flyer who always uses this airline for all our travels we highly disgusted and disappointed with the amount of of disrespect that we were given and while all of this happening I could not help but notice the sign that was written in front of us that says “ kindness is our priority” I have taken some vedios of the behavior and post them all over social media of serious action are not taken against this employee and my following it will easy reach the masses so everyone can se how the airline that prides itself for backing our boys treats it’s customers.
