Disgusting FLYSAFAIR

Words cannot describe what a bad experience i had with this airline flysafair- my flight was at 14.20 due to reach reach Johannesburg Or tambo within the hour. I even went to the airport a bit earlier to avoid disappointments but was left in disgust. the flight FA345 was delayed for 5hours. I had a connecting flight to the UK at 8.20pm - I lost this flight and I had no accommodation thereafter - i had to beg an aquaintance for shelter because i knew i didnt need accommodation due to the fact I was happy to go back to the UK - and had minimal funds and had to remain in South Africa was another mission -because i was left destitute. My heart sank because i knew i did everything correctly- and this is not the first time flysafair left me in disgust - Regards Rebecca Mcdonough [UK]
