Disgusting ethics

I am so very disappointed with this airline, my son and I had to go to JHB in April to say goodbye to my brother who is dying. Then covid19 happened and all went south. Flysafair cancelled our tickets and gave us vouchers, we have asked for our money back as we had to make alternate plans to travel to JHB. they want to charge us 45% penalty if we want our cash!! this is ridiculous, they are not even flying from PE as we speak. I want my money not a voucher!! I will never fly with these people again. I did not cause the pandemic, I did not cancel my flight. these circumstances were above and beyond our control. I should not be penalised at all. they say the ticket is fully transferable, but who must I sell this to, why cant they sell it for me, they will not lose any money as they are giving tickets away in competitions. come on they are not ethical
