Disgusting customer service and terrible procedure.

Without being aware myself and sisters, coming from a funeral 2hours from the airport, arrived at 20:06 and were told we could not check in because it was too late apparently we had to be there by 20:05. We had no notification or announcement of the check in time closing. The staff was not even interested in helping us, instead enjoyed listening to us beg for 20min before giving us an option to try, which by then was way to late. We were told to sleep on the benches after we mentioned we weren't fami**** with the area and had no money to go anywhere. They said we could reschedule for a morning flight. The difference was an amount that was greater than the original amount on that return flight. Service was disgusting and no sense of Ubuntu or just customer service.
