Disgusting Customer service

Usually I am a frequent flyer. I arrived to the airport and prior to getting on my flight I had tried to change my flight at OR Tambo airport. The lady was unhelpful and said there is nothing she can do as the contact center is closed, so i missed a flight without a voucher or option to change the flight and make another booking in future.
