Disgusting attitudes by stuff and manager at cape town

Extremely disappointed with the customer service i got from flysafair in cape town, I was refused entry on a flight to durban because of my bag yet the durban to cape town flight didn’t have a problem and the attitude of the stuff and the manager was disgusting more and never once offered a solution which resulted in me missing my flight to durban.
