Disgusting attitudes and no honest feedback

Never flying FlySafair again. I don't mind the 5 hour (and counting) delay. What I do find disgusting is the attitude of the staff and the lack of communication and feedback. Walking away from customers who are asking for information. Promising updates and disappearing from the boarding gate. The only way airlines will ever start showing some consideration and accountability is when delayed flights are penalized by having to issue refunds to customers. If you can't perform the service you are charging for, you don't deserve to be in operation.
