Disgusting attitude

My partner & I were booked on Safair Flight FA1008 on 16/05/2015, due to depart Cape Town at 06:30. We arrived at the Check-in Counter at 05:20, checked in , and proceeded to the Boarding Gate. We arrived at the Boarding Gate at 06:16 (or maybe 06:17), and was met by a smirking Controller who informed us that the Captain instructed her to close the Boarding Gate.<br> We had to return to the Check-in Counter, and were routed to Ticket Sales ---- where we arrived at 06:29.<br> We were the told that we could fly out on a later flight, but had to pay a Transfer Fee of R200 each (R400 in total).<br> This is disgusting! It would have taken us 60 seconds down the ramp to board the plane, but the (probably) narciscistic Captain and Safair wanted to squeeze more money out of us!!!<br> I will NEVER fly on Safair again!!
